The back cap of the motor is viewed on the computer, and all tool paths are plotted to generate code for the CNC machine to cut from.
These motor caps have just come out of the anodising tanks and are being checked for a consistent finish.
Each transmitter, receiver and motor unit are individually laser marked with a unique serial number. This is the machine burning the serial number onto the back of a transmitter.
