Payment, VAT and Tax Matters
Payment
We accept any of the debit/credit cards (including PayPal) listed and this is the preferred method of payment. However, we are aware that many cards have a value limit on them when used for overseas transactions and because of this card transactions may fail.
If this does happen then select the 'Bank Transfer' option on the payment page, complete the order and we will contact you with our bank and payment details.
Countries within the EU (not including the UK):
VAT is charged at the current rate (17.5%) unless we are supplied with a valid EU VAT number. Enter your VAT number complete with the country code prefix when you create your account. The VAT details are automatically checked with the EU Customs and Taxation office and if validated all prices are then shown without VAT.
Occasionally the EU website is down in which case please include your VAT details in the comment section at the end of the checkout process and we will then check manually and refund the VAT.
Countries outside the EU:
VAT is not charged but you will have to pay tax at the port of entry and the appropriate invoice and paperwork will be provided by the shipping agent.
