Shipping And Returns
We aim to process and despatch all orders within 48 hours (subject to stock) unless otherwise stated.  Under no circumstances do we guarantee next day delivery and delivery times quoted are from date of despatch (not order).

Hocus Focus units are made to order and delivery times are stated on the product pages.

We use Royal Mail first class for any order of less than about £32. For orders above this we use DHL 2-day delivery and tariffs and availability of service are based on post code. We generally find that although quoted as a 2-day service virtually all UK mainland deliveries are next day. All deliveries apart from RM first class require a signature.  Saturday deliveries are only possible with Royal Mail First Class.

Please contact us if your goods have not arrived within a couple of days of dispatch.

International Shipping

We are currently set up to deliver anywhere in Europe using DHL Europlus.  Please contact us by email for deliveries outside Europe and we will provide you with an immediate quote and add your region to our standard delivery options.

Returns

We will accept the return of faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, however we cannot accept returns for any reasons other than these.

All returns must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase - buyer pays return delivery.
